Where is Simpli-Cinch made?

Simpli-Cinch is made by hand in the USA.
Can I order Simpli-Cinch in a custom length?

Yes! You can request a custom length Simpli-Cinch via the Contact Form. The standard length Simpli-Cinch is 14 inches, which fits most doors. Shorter custom Simpli-Cinches are the same price as the standard. The shortest length that can be made is 9 inches. Longer custom Simpli-Cinches are an additional $1 per inch. Custom orders will be invoiced and must be paid before your item(s) will be produced.
Can I order Simpli-Cinch in a custom color?

Yes, however, a minimum order quantity of 2 Simpli-Cinches ($20) will apply. Please contact us via the Contact Form to get started. Custom orders will be invoiced and must be paid before your item(s) will be produced. Allow additional production time to account for procurement of materials.
Is Simpli-Cinch only for use on doors?

No. While that was what fueled the invention of Simpli-Cinch, customers have found many other uses. It's useful to have while camping, storing in your car, and much more!
My door doesn't reach the wall when opened. Can Simpli-Cinch still be used?

Yes. The elastic cord gives a lot of stretch when you need to reach the attachment loop secured to the wall. We do not recommend stretching Simpli-Cinch beyond 18 inches for an extended period of time. To do so may cause damage to the product or injury to the user.
What is the weight/load limit?

The recommended limit is 50lbs. Anything in excess of that limit may damage the product. If the Simpli-Cinch is damaged due to excessive weight, it is ineligible to be returned or replaced.
Is Simpli-Cinch weather-resistant?

Yes, but with some common-sense caveats. Simpli-Cinch is made with durable materials, but don't leave it in direct sunlight or outdoors in freezing temperatures. Exposure to extreme temperatures could reduce the lifespan of your Simpli-Cinch.
Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately we do not. As a small business, it is a fee we must charge in order to keep things running! If you are local to the Minneapolis, MN or Anoka, MN areas, free local pickup can be arranged. Select this option at checkout to waive shipping fees.
